Assets

Here the user will list out their assets. We'll have to guide them with some asset types. As an example property, which could include their own home and investment properties, have properties like purchase price, estimated value, various mortgages at different rates, including fixed and floating portions. Some are also income sources with weekly rent or lease amounts. Quite a few variations to think of so we might have to simplify this.

Beyond property there are of course savings & investments (bank accounts, shares & funds etc), vehicles, art, etc etc that people may wish to track.

At least initially we probably don't want to get into the complexities of tracking investments, meaning we won't build mechanisms for keeping track of the current value of different asset types other than manually by the user.
